Bio Soft Research’s Clinical project managers perform the following services:

• Oversee study plan implementation
• Prepare and/or review budgets and other financial aspects of the study
• Design study timelines
• Prepare kick-off meeting to discuss roles & responsibilities with project team members
• Organise both internal and external team meetings
• Coordinate the flow of communication between the team members, sponsor and any outside vendors
• Facilitate key deliverables to the sponsor
• Provide monthly status reports of the project’s progress
